Construction execution of DKJL ceramic fiber products used in ethylene cracking furnaces.

Ethylene cracking furnaces are critical units in petrochemical plants that thermally decompose hydrocarbons (e.g., naphtha, ethane, or propane) into lighter hydrocarbons like ethylene and propylene—key feedstocks for plastics, resins, and chemicals. The process involves heating the feedstock to extreme temperatures (800–900°C) in the presence of steam, causing molecular breakdown (cracking).

DKJL ceramic fiber products, as an important thermal insulation and refractory material for building this kind of furnace, can significantly reduce energy consumption and ensure its normal operation.
