Features

The new inorganic ceramic fiber board has extremely low organic matter, no smoke, and no smell. Its strength and hardness increase instead of decreasing when exposed to open fire, high temperature, and high heat.

The use of new equipment, production technology, and formula makes the size of the new inorganic ceramic fiber board more accurate, the surface more delicate and smooth, the content of slag balls lower, the thermal conductivity lower, and the heat shrinkage extremely small.

It can be cut into corresponding sizes according to usage needs and can be punched, cut, and processed in other ways. It is widely used in wall-hung furnaces, electric furnaces, ovens, household appliances, photovoltaic power generation, tempered glass furnaces, experimental furnaces, tea greening furnaces, food baking furnaces, etc.

After being successfully compounded with nano-plates, the disadvantage of being fragile and unable to withstand open flames in nano-plate construction has been resolved.

 

Typical Applications

Thermal insulation and fire-blocking materials are used in industries such as photovoltaics, lithium batteries, semiconductors, chips, electronics, graphite, metallurgy, petrochemicals, glass, ceramics, and non-ferrous metals. They are applied in special environments that require high temperatures or no smoke or fire in open flames.
