Completed seamless structure – After calcination, the product transforms from a soft and compressible monolithic block into a high-strength, seamless, and solid structure with high integrity and firmness. Low shrinkage at high temperatures – The cold surface of the product can be closely attached to the furnace wall, maximizing extrusion between blocks, ensuring low shrinkage at high temperatures, and maintaining structural integrity. Customized – It is suitable for extensive planar structures as well as for cutting and installing shaped parts. Various shaped products can be manufactured according to the different shapes of the equipment.
